What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely through your PayPal account at checkout. Simply select the PayPal option and log in to complete the payment. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and our store. How long will it take to receive my order?

The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the locale, the shipping method chosen and the date the order was made. Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system. Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Due to the nature of safety equipment, we cannot accept returns on used pilates machine for hygiene reasons. Initiate a return by service@buypilatesmachine.com our support team.
My pilates machine arrived defective. What should I do?
We rigorously quality-check all products, but defects can rarely happen. Please contact our After-Sales Support team immediately at service@buypilatesmachine.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly send a replacement or provide a refund.
